Precautions

  1. Select matching inner diameter and wall thickness specifications according to pipeline outer diameter and working temperature to ensure close fitting and optimal heat insulation effect;
  2. Do not violently stretch, twist or pull the tube body during installation, to avoid damaging internal closed-cell structure and attenuating heat insulation performance;
  3. Avoid long-term direct contact with strong acid, strong alkali and high-concentration corrosive solvents to prevent material aging and performance decline;
  4. Store in dry, cool and ventilated warehouse, keep away from open flames and high-temperature heat sources, avoid long-term heavy pressure stacking;
  5. Forbid continuous use beyond the rated temperature range, otherwise heat preservation and flame retardant functions will fail;
  6. Regularly inspect the tube body during equipment operation; replace timely if aging, cracking or hardening occurs.
